A Career Built on One Principle
Dr. Tarek Saleh founded The Dental Factory in Maadi, Cairo more than 30 years ago on a single principle: treat every patient as if they were family. He has personally treated thousands of people since — from Egyptian families to patients who traveled from all corners of the world specifically to see him.
He is known for something that costs clinics revenue but builds something more important: Dr. Tarek says no. Roughly one in ten patients who come asking for a specific treatment are told they don't need it, or are referred to a specialist better suited to their case. Trust is not built by saying yes to everything.
The clinic is small by design. Dr. Tarek limits the number of patients he sees each day so that each one receives his full attention. Every crown, veneer, and restoration is manufactured in the in-house laboratory — under the same roof, under his personal supervision. No overseas labs. No unknown materials. No shortcuts.

The name says it all. The Dental Factory is not a typical dental clinic — it is a manufacturing facility for smiles. With a complete CAD/CAM laboratory operating under the same roof as the treatment rooms, every piece of dental work is designed digitally, milled with micron precision, and hand-finished by skilled technicians.
This vertical integration — from consultation to design to manufacturing to placement — eliminates the quality gaps that occur when clinics outsource their laboratory work. It also dramatically reduces treatment time: what takes 12 months in a European clinic takes 4 months here, with identical materials and superior oversight.

Every craft lives inside this triangle. The rule is you pick two. Send work to an external lab and the best you get is good and cheap — but it takes three weeks. Rush it and you get fast and cheap at the cost of quality. For years, Dr. Tarek refused to accept this constraint.
The in-house lab was his answer. Good and fast — in the same building.
